Savory Garlic Pork Stir-Fry – A Quick & Flavorful Asian Delight
Ingredients:
500g pork, thinly sliced
1 white onion, sliced
2 carrots, julienned
1 bell pepper, sliced
2 celery stalks, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the ingredients – Slice the pork thinly for quick cooking. Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Heat the pan – In a wok or large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Cook the pork – Add the sliced pork and cook until browned and slightly crispy on the edges.
Add garlic & seasonings – Toss in the minced garlic, soy sauce, black pepper, and salt. Stir to coat the pork evenly.
Stir-fry the vegetables – Add onions, carrots, bell peppers, and celery. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until they’re tender but still crisp.
Finish & serve – Remove from heat and serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
Tips:
For a richer flavor, marinate the pork in soy sauce and garlic for 30 minutes before cooking.
Add a splash of sesame oil for extra aroma.
Top with sesame seeds or chopped green onions for a fresh finish.
