Savory Garlic Pork Stir-Fry – A Quick & Flavorful Asian Delight




Ingredients:

  • 500g pork, thinly sliced

  • 1 white onion, sliced

  • 2 carrots, julienned

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

  • 2 celery stalks, sliced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the ingredients – Slice the pork thinly for quick cooking. Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Heat the pan – In a wok or large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

  3. Cook the pork – Add the sliced pork and cook until browned and slightly crispy on the edges.

  4. Add garlic & seasonings – Toss in the minced garlic, soy sauce, black pepper, and salt. Stir to coat the pork evenly.

  5. Stir-fry the vegetables – Add onions, carrots, bell peppers, and celery. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until they’re tender but still crisp.

  6. Finish & serve – Remove from heat and serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.

Tips:

  • For a richer flavor, marinate the pork in soy sauce and garlic for 30 minutes before cooking.

  • Add a splash of sesame oil for extra aroma.

  • Top with sesame seeds or chopped green onions for a fresh finish.
